Send the inverter in for repair this is how it works

Fill out the order form:
You will receive an order form by email. Please fill this out and attach a form to each inverter. Alternatively, you can download the form here.

Send in inverter:
Send your inverter by parcel service to the address given on the order form. Alternatively, you can instruct us to have your inverter picked up. Please contact us separately.
Note: Parcels / inverters up to 31.5 KG can easily be sent with conventional parcel services. For inverters over 31.5 KG, we recommend iloxx
as a shipping service provider -
Flat rate inspection fee:
You will receive an invoice for checking the inverter by email. For each device we charge 200.00 * EUR net (in advance). Should you have the inverter repaired or purchase a new device from our house brands, 100% of the flat rate will be charged. The manufacturers are own brands: SolarMax and Oelmaier. We can offer other manufacturers at low prices. Please contact us separately.

Cost estimate / damage report:
After the inverter has been checked, you will receive a damage report and a cost estimate (KVA) by email.

Repair:
If you have placed a repair order with us, your device will be repaired. If repairs are not desired or economically unprofitable, our team will advise you regarding a new device or a replacement device!

Return:
We will send the inverter to you after the repair.
